You may have heard that the 2009 Homebuyer Tax Credit has been extended, but did you know that it now applies to qualified repeat homebuyers? Repeat homebuyers may now be eligible for up to $6,500 in tax credits.

In a special salute to the Armed Forces, select members of the military or Foreign Service receive an additional year to use the tax credit - through June 2011!

To participate in the 2010 tax credit, you must contract on a home no later than April 30th 2010, and close by June 30, 2010 (unless you qualify for the military extension).
