Meet our team members:

John Morgan, Community Manager
John is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Architecture and of Rice University with a Master of Architecture in Urban Design. He has been involved with Greenwood and related companies as a joint venture partner and consultant dating back over 30 years, and as a full time employee for over 16 years. His development endeavors have been located in five states and have been recognized with local, regional and national design awards for land planning, landscaping, marketing materials and architecture. John and his wife, Corinne, have three grown sons.

Therese Munroe, Conservancy Director
Therese was born and raised in Schenectady, NY and is a graduate of State University of NY with a degree in Business. She has been employed with Greenwood Communities & Resorts for over 11 years. She is actively involved with Dorchester Habitat for Humanity as a board member, committee member and enjoys cooking, traveling and watching sports (go Gamecocks!). Therese, husband Randy and their chocolate lab, Willow, reside in The Ponds and have two grown children.

Cathy Anthony, Director of Corporate Marketing
A California native, Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Berkeley. She has 30 years experience in real estate sales and marketing in the Charleston area, including 17 years with Greenwood Communities and Resorts. She now oversees corporate marketing efforts for the company. Cathy and her husband are avid boaters, and spend most weekends on the water. 

Erica Sheets, Internet Marketing Coordinator
Born and raised in Charleston, Erica earned a B.S. in Pure Mathematics and a B.A. in Studio Art from the College of Charleston. With experience in graphic art and website design, she works with Cathy in the managament of all Greenwood's websites and online media. She enjoys gardening, cooking, swimming, boating and spending time with her husband and three children

Denise Montplaisir, Sales Manager
Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, Denise began her career as a registered nurse and hospital administrator achieving executive status in both Los Angeles and the Cayman Islands. Alternating her work experience between healthcare and real estate, Montplaisir has attained considerable success as a real estate business owner, manager and mortgage loan originator, working on high end real estate projects in Lake Tahoe, Hawaii and the Grand Caymans.

Penny Davis, Sales Executive
Penny Davis has distinguished herself in the field of real estate for the past 19 years. Beginning her real estate career in general brokerage with an emphasis in residential and commercial property management, then transitioned to New Home Sales where she quickly rose to become the Operations Manager in 2000. Always on top of the ever-changing real estate market, Penny maintains an active role in several professional associations, such as, Charleston Trident Homebuilders Assocation and the Summerville Chamber of Commerce.

Pam Bosart, Sales Executive
Pam was born in Spooner, Wisconsin and raised in Carlsbad, California. She moved to Charleston in 1990. She's been a realtor for the past 15 years and loves helping families find their new homes. She has represented the Ponds for the past 3 years and has found it a real joy and blessing to be a part of such a wonderful team. She has 2 children, Kari and Randy. Kari recently was married and her son Randy is a North Charleston Fire Fighter.

Glen Wilkes, Sales Executive
As a current homeowner at The Ponds, Glen has been helping homebuyers puchase new homes for the last 13 years with Carolina One Real Estate. Glen lives at the Ponds with his wife, Sarahdina and his newborn son, Gabriel. Glen enjoys biking and walking the miles of trails at The Ponds everyday and using all of the other amenities The Ponds offers!

Theresa Stewart, Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Charleston, SC. Has been in the real estate/admin field for over 10 years. Enjoys spending time by the water with her husband and two children.
