Community AssociationAt The Ponds, we are passionate about quality community development and quality home construction. We also,greatly desire to preserve the value and charm of your South Carolina real estate land and new home. This is why we have established the Ponds Community Association. Annual dues for 2011 are $700.00 and covers use of the pool, trail system, Schultz Lake and more.
The Ponds Community Association (“PCA”) is the entity responsible for management, maintenance, operation and control of the common property of the community. The PCA also is the primary entity responsible for enforcement of the Covenants. The PCA shall perform its functions in accordance with the Governing Documents, Community-Wide Standards and South Carolina law.

NOTICE:
Due to the increase in rentals of our amenities we have established a new fee schedule to take place immediately. Those who already have secured a date for 2011 or 2012 will not be effected. A mandatory cleaning fee has been established to cover the cost of the cleaning company who will come in the day after your event. The rental fee collected will be allocated towards cost of supplies, utilities, unclaimed damages and theft not covered by insurance. The $100 deposit will continue to be collected for all events but will be returned if area has been properly maintained.
