Ponds Community Association
At The Ponds, we are passionate about quality community development and quality home construction. We also,greatly desire to preserve the value and charm of your South Carolina real estate land and new home. This is why we have established the Ponds Community Association. Annual dues for 2013 are $750.00 and covers use of the pool, trail system, Schultz Lake and more.
The Ponds Community Association (“PCA”) is the entity responsible for management, maintenance, operation and control of the common property of the community. The PCA also is the primary entity responsible for enforcement of the Covenants. The PCA shall perform its functions in accordance with the Governing Documents, Community-Wide Standards and South Carolina law.
