
Click here for photos of our current parks and playgrounds.The Ponds will offer many other ways for residents to experience nature, including several parks and more open green spaces than you can imagine. There will be large fields for soccer practice, frisbee with Fido, or picnics with the family on nice sunny days. There are six parks planned for Phase One of the development:
Long Park- includes playground equipment and swings between Bateaux Drive and Red Bay Lane
Great Oak Park- includes an grand oak tree double swing on Hundred Oaks Parkway
Town House Square- includes nicely designed sitting area with bird pond between Musket Loop and Lotz Drive
Beech Park- includes swings in a nicely shaded area (seen below) by Beech Park Alley
The Boulevard- includes a hammock swing in a nicely shaded grand oak area close to the historic farmhouse
Settlement Field- large grassy area along side the historic farmhouse and pool with direct access to a number of phase 1 trails
