Harris Teeter is coming to The Ponds!
 Lincoln Harris properties of Charlotte, NC will be developing a Harris Teeter anchored retail complex just across highway 17 A from The Ponds. Located on an approximately 20 acre site, the planned complex will include a 53,000 square foot Harris Teeter store, support retail space and four outparcels. Possible users of outparcels could include a drugstore, food service establishments and/or a bank. No dates have been announced for commencement of construction, but Lincoln Harris has placed a sign on the property announcing the project called The Market at The Ponds.
