 | Janice Adler Named New Sales Manager
| Ms. Adler was born and raised in the Charleston area. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Carolina One New Homes in 2010, she was employed by the Coastal Carolinas and Charleston Divisions of Centex Homes for 8 years.
“I am extremely excited about this wonderful opportunity to work with The Ponds Community and the quality builders we have there,” said Ms. Adler.

 | | 3rd Annual Youth Triathlon at The Ponds | Registration has started for the 3rd Annual Youth Triathlon at The Ponds! The YMCA is providing a training program, starting July 12 through August 12. This program will provide children age 7-12 the opportunity to practice the three legs of the triathlon at The Ponds with seasoned triathletes and YMCA staff.

 | | Miles of Trails! | The Ponds community provides a variety of outdoor activites including miles of hiking and walking trails surrounding homes and in the nature conservancy. Recently, the conservancy hosted a nature hike in honor of National Trails Day. Naturalist and Ponds caretaker, Jack Kornahrens guided property owners on a nature hike on the south side of the property.
