Actual land development activity at The Ponds began in the summer of 2006. Roads were paved in the 213 lot Phase I in August of 2007 and Phase I water and sewer permits were received in December 2007. The amphitheatre was completed in November of 2007 and the Farmhouse restoration was completed in December of 2007.
The first (and largest) of four planned neighborhood pools and recreational complexes, located adjacent to the Farmhouse, was completed in December of 2007 – except for pool plastering in February 2008. Phase I neighborhood parks were completed in the spring of 2008.
Remaining development will be phased in response to population growth in the community over the next 12 to 15 years.

The new YMCA and firehouse are really taking shape and the Farmhouse Kitchen Garden has been updated!
