The Ponds Community Association (“PCA”) is the entity responsible for management, maintenance, operation and control of the common property of the community. The PCA also is the primary entity responsible for enforcement of the Covenants. The PCA shall perform its functions in accordance with the Governing Documents, Community-Wide Standards and South Carolina law.

It is Greenwood Communities and Resorts' view that a strong and involved Community Association is a critical part of the long term success of any community. News on the evolution of the Ponds Community Association will be posted here in the future.
